If you are looking to install openSUSE, you should look at installing openSUSE 12.3. This is the current version.
openSUSE 11.4 is no longer supported.

Information

openSUSE 11.4 was released on 10th March 2011. This is an older version of the openSUSE line, the last of the 11.x series. It is an open-source distribution and is free of charge. It was developed by the community and sponsored by Novell
